The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking, won the 2nd prize at Whirligig Wars 2013

After a 2 week battle of skill and creativity Whirligig Wars 2013 came to a close. Não Só Serradura won with our entry "The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking", the second prize, a Pack Rack®, "more than just a clamp rack" from Rockler.

The Whirligig Wars are a yearly competition organized by a Simple Design Of Ocala and Woodworking For Mere Mortals

Our Whirligig Wars entry for 2013.

Theme: The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking.

This whirligig was made out of recycled materials and some reclaimed wood.
Moving parts: 4-stroke engine, hitch hiking woman moves arm (and skirt has troubles keeping down in the wind), Lady in the car prevents man from looking.
